(Mom/Dad and Me Ages 2-3) – A creative movement class for parent and child. This class will help develop large motor skills while having plenty of fun. A great option for the young dancer not ready to tackle a class on their own.

Pre Ballet 1

Wednesday 4:15-5:00pm

(Ages 3-4) – Introduces basic ballet technique, terminology, and positions; while incorporating creative movement for a fun and engaging class.

Teen-Adult Ballet

Tuesday 8-9pm

This class is for the dancer who always wanted to take ballet or one who has danced in the past and would like to return. Barre work, center practice and proper technique will encourage grace, balance and coordination.

Ballet & Tap 1

Saturday 9:00-9:45am

(Ages 3-4) – Combines basic ballet and tap techniques, with emphasis on rhythm, coordination and grace.

Tap & Jazz 2

Tuesday 4:00-5:00pm

(Ages 9-10) – Reinforces techniques learned in Tap & Jazz 1, and introduces new steps and combinations.  (Tap & Jazz 1 is not a prerequisite for enrollment in this class, however prior dance experience is recommended)

Wednesday 7:00-8:00pm

(Ages 11-13) – Reinforces techniques learned in Tap & Jazz 2, and introduces more complex steps and combinations.  (Tap & Jazz 2 is not a prerequisite for enrollment in this class, however prior dance experience is required)

This class is for the Tapper that has been away for a little or even a while that already has a good understanding of basic techniques. Intermediate techniques, rhythm and combinations will be learned. (Instructor approval required)

Beginning Jazz/
Contemporary & Lyrical

Introduces basic jazz technique while improving flexibility and coordination. This class also serves as an introduction to contemporary and lyrical dance; which incorporates ballet, jazz and modern techniques. (Some ballet and/or jazz experience preferred)

Advanced Contemporary/
Lyrical

Tuesday 6:00-7:00pm

For the advanced level dancer, this class combines the foundation of Ballet and Modern techniques; with rise and fall, release and recovery, floorwork and self-expression in movement.  (Four years of ballet and/or jazz lyrical required)

Conditioning, Flexibility, Turns and Jumps

Wednesday 5:00-6:00pm

For the intermediate/advanced level dancer looking to improve stamina, strength and flexibility.  Proper technique is emphasized.  Turns, jumps and combinations will be taught.  This class compliments many of the other intermediate/advanced level classes that are offered. (Will not participate in Recital)

Senior Musical Theater Dance

Monday 5:30-6:30pm

(Ages 12+) This class incorporates classic jazz and stylized movements pulled from Broadway Musicals to Hollywood Movies.  Great for the student who performs on stage or in school musicals.  (Previous dance experience required)

Kids Hip Hop

Wednesday 5:15-6:00pm

(Ages 5-6) – This fun and funky class teaches age appropriate movements and combinations.  ** Clean gym shoes not worn outside or jazz sneakers

Junior K-Pop

(Ages 7-11) – K-Pop (or Korean Pop) is a musical genre consisting of electronic, hip hop, pop, rock, and R&B music originating in South Korea. K-Pop choreography is highly influenced by hip hop and urban dance.  ** Clean gym shoes not worn outside or jazz sneakers

K-Pop (or Korean Pop) is a musical genre consisting of electronic, hip hop, pop, rock, and R&B music originating in South Korea. K-Pop choreography is highly influenced by hip hop and urban dance. NO DANCE EXPERIENCE NEEDED! Come in and have some fun!!

Pointe 1 (Beginning)

For the ballet dancer with the strength and technique required to progress onto pointe. Must be enrolled in Ballet 3 or above. (Instructor permission required.)  Dress Code: Same color leotard as Ballet class, Hair in a bun *Dancers please bring thera-band and tennis ball to class*
